How long do I have to make a return?

You are not satisfied with the items ordered, you benefit from a 30-day withdrawal period to return all or part of your order to us for an exchange or a refund.

After this withdrawal period , no exchange or refund cannot be performed.

What is the procedure for making a return?

    1. First, contact us by email using our contact form .
    2. Inform us of your intention to make a possible return.
    3. Tell us: Your order number (ex: #10214AK) and the full name of the product(s) you want to return to us.
    1. Explain to us the origin of your return intention (size, color, damaged product, etc.).

We reserve the right to be able to ask you for photos if the problem is material or technical in order to apply the manufacturer's warranty.

⚠ ATTENTION - IMPORTANT REMINDER ⚠ : For any return or exchange of product, contact us using our Contact form and wait for our agreement before making a return, otherwise it will not be taken into account.

I have received your agreement, what should I do?

You can pack your product and drop it off at the post office (colissimo) for shipment to the address for receiving returned packages (the address is given to you in the email you received).

In accordance with article L.121-20 , the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Except, if we notice an error on our part (size or color) or that the product(s) have been damaged during delivery.

We will refund the return costs if and only if you use the services of the Post Office (Colissimo). Private transport companies are not refundable.

What happens once you have received my return?

Your return is due to a size or color error.

- We exchange the product and send you a brand new one according to your new criteria.

Your return is due to a change of mind.

- We will send each other a credit (code) by email that you can use (without time limit) as you see fit on our Akrochic store.

Your return comes following the receipt of a damaged product.

- Akrochic lets you choose between these 3 options:

      1. Product exchange : we send you a brand new one.
      2. Refund in the form of a credit note : we will send you a credit note in the form of a code by email. Immediate use without time limit.
      3. Reimbursement (within 30 days) : we reimburse you via Paypal or credit card according to your initial payment.
