How much time do I have to make a return?

If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have 30 days to withdraw your purchase. to return all or part of your order to us.

After this withdrawal period , no returns cannot be accepted.

What steps should I follow to make a return?

    1. First, contact us by email using our contact form .
    2. Let us know if you intend to make a possible return.
    3. Please mention: Your order number (eg: #10214AK) and the full name of the product(s) you want to return to us.
    1. Explain to us the origin of your intention to return (size, color, damaged product, etc.).

We reserve the right to ask you for photos if the problem is material or technical. Please note that our products are checked twice before being scrupulously packaged and sent to your home.

I have received your agreement, what should I do?

You can pack your product and drop it off at the post office (colissimo) for sending to the address for receiving returned packages (the address is given to you in the email you received).

In accordance with article L.121-20 , the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

At Akrochic, we want to provide our customers with a satisfying shopping experience.

  • Your product does not suit you because you made a mistake (size, color or item). Please note that the return costs are your responsibility.

We understand that every customer has their own preferences and adjustments may be necessary.

  • Your product does not suit you due to an error on your part (size, color, item) and it is also defective or damaged. The return costs are also your responsibility.

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Akrochic . We understand that mistakes can sometimes happen when you place your order, and we are here to help you rectify them. However, we have recently been faced with a concerning situation where some customers have unfortunately deliberately damaged our products in order to benefit from free returns.

This practice, while limited to a small number of people, has a negative impact on our ability to maintain flexible and beneficial return policies for all of our customers. We want to ensure that our return policies remain fair and balanced for everyone.

  • Your product suits you, but arrived damaged or defective. We will refund the return costs (Colissimo) or offer you a credit in the form of a coupon (worth €10).

We would like to clarify that only customers who require a simple standard exchange of the product will have the privilege of reimbursement of return costs by La Poste (Colissimo).

What happens once you receive my return?

Your return is due to a size or color error.

  • We will exchange the product and send you a brand new one according to your new criteria. Free shipping.

Your return is due to a change of mind.

  • We will send you a credit (code) by email that you can use (without time limit) as you wish on our Akrochic store.

Your return comes from the receipt of a product that suits you, but is damaged.

- Akrochic lets you choose between these 3 options:

      1. Product exchange : we send you a brand new one. Free shipping.
      2. Refund in the form of a credit note : we will send you a credit note in the form of a code by email. Immediate use with no time limit.
      3. Refund (within 30 days) : we will refund you via Paypal or credit card depending on your initial payment.
