What is the return period?
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have a 30-day withdrawal period to return all or part of your order to us.
After this withdrawal period, no returns will be accepted.
What is the procedure for making a return?
- First, contact us by email using our contact form.
- Inform us of your intention to make a possible return.
- Please provide us with: Your order number (e.g., #10214AK) and the full name of the product(s) you wish to return.
- Explain the reason for your return (size, color, damaged product, etc.).
We reserve the right to ask for photos if the problem is material or technical. Please note that our products are double-checked before being meticulously packaged and sent to your home.

I have received your agreement, what should I do?
You can pack your product and drop it off at the post office (Colissimo) for shipping to the return parcel reception address (the address will be provided in the email you received).
In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, return costs are borne by the customer.
At Akrochic, we want to offer our customers a satisfactory shopping experience.
- Your product is not suitable because you made an error (size, color, or item). Please note that return costs are at your expense.
We understand that each customer has their own preferences and that adjustments may be necessary.
- Your product is not suitable due to an error on your part (size, color, item) and is also defective or damaged. Return costs are also at your expense.
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority at Akrochic. We understand that errors can sometimes occur during your orders, and we are here to help you rectify them. However, we have recently faced a concerning situation where some customers have unfortunately deliberately damaged our products to benefit from free returns.
This practice, although limited to a small number of people, has a negative impact on our ability to maintain flexible and advantageous return policies for all our customers. We want to ensure that our return policies remain fair and balanced for everyone.
- Your product is suitable but arrived damaged or defective. We will refund your return shipping costs (Colissimo) or offer you a credit note in the form of a coupon (value €10).
We wish to clarify that only customers requiring a simple standard product exchange will have the privilege of having their return shipping costs (Colissimo) reimbursed.
What happens once you have received my return?
Your return is due to a size or color error.
- We will proceed with a product exchange and send you a brand new one according to your new criteria. Free delivery.
Your return is due to a change of mind.
- We will send you a credit note (code) by email that you can use (without time limit) as you wish on our Akrochic store.
Your return is due to receiving a product that is suitable but damaged.
- Akrochic lets you choose between these 3 options:
- Product exchange: we will send you a brand new one. Free delivery.
- Refund in the form of a credit note: we will send you a credit note in the form of a code by email. Immediate use without time limit.
- Refund (within 30 days): we will refund you via PayPal or credit card depending on your initial payment method.
